Your data may be treated exclusively by the Responsible, designated by MIB Srl, for their treatment of and by the personnel authorized to do so in order to comply to the phases of the production for the finalities above mentioned. Your data will be also treated by Banca Sella in order to process the payment via credit card, and could be treated by third professional parties (such as consultants, legal offices, public authorities, etc.) for contractual, commercial, fiscal and custom reasons; Your data will not be diffused to anyone else, for any other reason. Once acquired, Your data will be also treated, if You expressively agree, in order to inform You about new products or promotions from MIB Srl; the data will also be treated, for as long as the contractual commitment is executed and later, in order to comply with the provisions of Law and with the contractual obligations. Whenever You want You can exercise Your rights, provided by the article n° 7 of the Italian legislative decree dated 30th June 2003, n. 196, toward MIB Srl. You are therefore also entitled to: receive a confirmation of the storage of data related to You and to have them communicated to You; receive notice about the source of Your stored data; receive notice about the purpose and methods for the storage of Your data; receive notice about the identity of the Person Responsible for the treatment of Your data; obtain the update, the correction, the integration, the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the data treated in violation of the Law; the indication of whom Your data have been communicated to, even for what concerns the subject of the communications, except for the case such compliance is impossible or too much expensive compared to the right protected; opposed, for legitimate reasons, the treatment of data that concerns You, even if they are pertinent to the purpose of their storage; oppose the sending of commercial or sales offers or communication, as of commercial researches.
